SalesforceHub approached Avology with the task of rebuilding their marketing and documentation site in Next.js, the powerful React-based framework. Their existing WordPress site had grown unwieldy, with slow performance and inadequate scalability. They needed an extremely fast, secure, and SEO-optimal platform on which to scale their fast-growing CRM ecosystem.
Though SalesforceHub had clear goals — velocity, scalability, and greater control for developers — the existing content and layout had to be re-architected entirely. Migrating hundreds of pages without SEO loss, adding real-time docs, and matching visual elements with their new brand requirements posed daunting architecture and design challenges.
Avology developed a component-based, dynamic frontend in Next.js with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG). A headless CMS was used so that the marketing team at SalesforceHub could make content updates simple, and the app was optimized with image/CDN tactics and dynamic routing for blistering speed.
We included a design system and layout manager that enables quick page construction without consistency loss. All the APIs were linked together through middleware with error handling, caching, and revalidation to provide reliability and uptime.
Hybrid Rendering Strategy: SSGs are used for blogs and landing pages, and SSRs are used for dynamic pages for SEO and performance.
Custom CMS Connector: Developed a lightweight integration between their frontend and their headless CMS (Sanity) for seamless editing workflows.
Optimized Routing & Prefetching: Leveraged Next.js routing and link prefetching to minimize navigation time.
Advanced SEO Meta Layer: Included per-page metadata support, Open Graph tags, and Google indexing structured data.
