Booostr is an all-in-one SaaS platform designed specifically for small nonprofits, booster clubs, and volunteer groups. Booostr is CRM, online giving, email marketing, SMS tools, events, e-commerce, file storage, and POS, all bundled in one price point package clodura.ai+11booostr.co+11booostr.co+11. Avology was contracted to fine-tune their web experience, make it easier to use, optimize performance, and ensure they scale as they grow.

Challenging Part

Booostr's monolithic design was robust—but the more features were packed into it, the more the interface became messy, and users complained of friction when moving through core tools. Email, CRM, POS, SMS, chat, and financial tools all had fragmented layouts and burdened workflows. We had to redo the UX to enable smooth onboarding and rock-solid performance.

• UX Audit & User Flows: We designed key user flows—from volunteer signups to donor outreach and POS transactions—to reveal and eliminate friction points.

• Unified Interface Design: We have developed a visually cohesive dashboard with crisp typography, whitespace, and simple navigation for all modules.

• Feature Consolidation: New menus and feature locations to access CRM, donations, email, SMS, and other features without multiple clicks.

• Performance Optimization: Reduced load times through code refactoring, lazy loading, and content delivery scaling supported by Azure.

• API Layer Streamlining: More efficient interfaces between internal software (e.g., contact manager ↔ email, donation logs ↔ financial manager) for faster and more reliable data exchange.
