Skinspired Acne Clinic, a brick-and-mortar skincare company with a strong client base, partnered with Avology to rebuild their web store and client experience. They wanted to create a high-converting Shopify-commerce website that reflected their expertise in acne care and expanded their product distribution beyond in-clinic consultations.
Challenging Part
The biggest challenge was to bring Skinspired's clinic's trusted, informative, and personalized model into the digital world. The website was messy, non-mobile, and was not leading new consumers to the appropriate skincare products, and in most instances was leading to confusion and high drop-off rates.

Avology started with a comprehensive brand and UX audit to understand Skinspired's customer journey and personas. With simplicity, education, and trust in mind, we built a Shopify store.
